Meet the 2010 Oscar Nominees and learn their secrets!
Each year, the day before the Academy Awards, the ACE Foundation invites editors and post production professionals to meet with the Oscar contenders to view clips and discuss the challenges, techniques, and technology involved in each nominee film. It is held at the Hollywood Egyptian Theater and has attracted a standing room only crowd of more than 600 for the past seven years. Every Academy Award nominee for Feature Film Editing has attended the event  and it has become one of the most anticipated events of the year.  IAVA is covered by the major trade magazines and is taped for future distribution to film schools and industry libraries.
